How is my product shipped?

We can track your order, insure it and save you money over other shipping methods available. If you prefer to use another delivery method, i.e. FedEx or UPS, please contact us and we will be pleased to give you a quote using your preferred method.

What sizes of bears do you have?
Our bears come in two sizes, an 8 inch bear or a 14 inch bear.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed after 3pmEST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday
Place your order by 3pm EST Monday - Friday and we will ship your order on the same day.
How is my product wrapped for shipment?
We wrap each bear up in wrapping paper and securely place them in boxes for delivery. Along with the bears we include the bearth certificate.
What are your return policies?
If you ever order our bears and it is damaged on delivery, we will replace it. Just contact us through this site or through my email.
